Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team for healthcare services such as RCM, Medical Records Review, and Medical Transcription. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the healthcare industry and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively develop, manage, and close new sales opportunities across the healthcare services spectrum, including RCM, Medical Records Review, and Medical Transcription.
  • Lead the sales team in prospecting new sales leads daily, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to the sales team, helping them to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Professionally and positively represent MedVoice in all client interactions, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Actively promote, market, and sell MedVoice services to healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  • Manage client accounts from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the service delivery team.
  • Continuously develop and maintain deep industry knowledge and expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in healthcare services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the sales team and clients, providing insights and guidance on how MedVoice services can address specific client needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of success and camaraderie within the sales team.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Exceed expectations by going above and beyond daily, consistently delivering exceptional results and driving the company’s growth.
  • Carry and achieve an individual sales quota while supporting the broader team in meeting collective sales targets.
  • Regularly enter and update account, contact, and sales data into the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and explore new markets and opportunities for expansion, contributing to the development of the company’s growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.

Strongly Preferred or Must have Requirements 

  • Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience selling healthcare services is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in carrying and achieving an individual sales quota.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
