Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop, manage, and close new B2B sales opportunities.
- Generate your own leads through outbound prospecting and daily outreach.
- Coordinate meetings and sales calls with Senior Sales Managers and prospects.
- Represent MedVoice with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client communications.
- Promote and sell our Revenue Cycle Management services to healthcare providers.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and MedVoice’s evolving service offerings.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative and goal-driven sales team environment.
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience, OR 4 years total experience with at least 2 years in B2B sales and 2 years as a BDR.
- At least 2 years of experience selling RCM services is required.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho (preferred).
- Motivated, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
