MedVoice is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and client engagement across healthcare services. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in high-impact environments and is eager to work with hospitals, clinics, and private practices to deliver meaningful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities across key healthcare service lines: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Medical Records Review, and Medical Documentation.
- Represent MedVoice with professionalism and integrity in all client engagements, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell MedVoice’s suite of services to healthcare organizations including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to contract negotiation and successful handoff to the service delivery team.
- Stay current with industry trends, client challenges, and evolving needs in healthcare services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions aligned with their specific operational goals.
- Consistently exceed performance targets, helping drive company revenue and long-term growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms).
- Explore new markets and contribute to business development strategies for broader expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment of sales activities with broader company objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in selling healthcare services is required.
- Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high degree of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
