Sales Representatives: RCM Services

MedVoice is growing rapidly, and we are seeking talented, experienced, and results-driven RCM  Sales Representatives to join us. If you’re passionate about healthcare services and ready to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop, manage, and close new B2B sales opportunities.
  • Generate your own leads through outbound prospecting and daily outreach.
  • Coordinate meetings and sales calls with Senior Sales Managers and prospects.
  • Represent MedVoice with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client communications.
  • Promote and sell our Revenue Cycle Management services to healthcare providers.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and MedVoice’s evolving service offerings.
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative and goal-driven sales team environment.
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience, OR 4 years total experience with at least 2 years in B2B sales and 2 years as a BDR.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling RCM services is required.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho (preferred).
  • Motivated, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
