We are looking to immediately hire a positive, experienced, and solution-oriented RCM Client Manager to join our U.S. Account Management team (Location: U.S. Remote). Responsibilities:
– Cultivate and enhance relationships with our valued RCM clients
– Evaluate daily billing and collections status and identify any threats and/or potential problems
– Communicate any billing or collections issues with RCM Billing Team
– Follow up on progress of all RCM issues related to your assigned RCM Clients
– Manage and provide positive day-to-day communications with assigned RCM clients
– Ensure the proper and effective delivery of RCM Services to assigned RCM Clients
– Provide essential RCM process support to meet client needs
– Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to assigned RCM Clients
– Maintain regular communication with both clients and MedVoice leadership team
– Maintain100% retention of assigned RCM Clients
Minimal Candidate Qualifications:
– Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
– Preferred: Proficiency in AdvancedMD medical billing platform
– Minimum of 5 years in a direct Client/Account Support role
– Minimum of 5 years of hands-on RCM billing experience in healthcare
– Experience with Medical Credentialing is preferred
– Minimum of 2 years experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory RCM role is preferred
– Positive, outgoing personality with strong teamwork skills and values
– Exceptional written and oral communication skills
– Proven problem-solving abilities
– Professional references are a must!
