We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Manage and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and oversee performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards
- Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, email campaigns, and landing pages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates (CRO)
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Eligibility Criteria
- Proven 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and email marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
