# Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic **Digital Marketing Manager** to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Job type: In- Office role

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement, and optimize **digital marketing strategies** to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions

- Manage and execute campaigns across **SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media platforms** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Plan and oversee **performance marketing campaigns** with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation

- Analyze campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards**

- Lead **content marketing initiatives**, including blogs, email campaigns, and landing pages

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Manage **marketing automation tools** and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

- Conduct **market research and competitor analysis** to identify trends and growth opportunities

- Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates (**CRO**)

- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights

**Eligibility Criteria**

- Proven 5-8 years of experience in **digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing**

- Strong knowledge of **SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and email marketing**

- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads**

- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools**

- Excellent understanding of **lead generation and conversion tracking**

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
